Lead the Night Shift. Develop People. Drive Production.The Production Supervisor – night shift is responsible for leading shift operations and supporting production-related maintenance activities.
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, productive, and engaged workforce focused on:
- Safety
- Quality
- Operational efficiency
- Cost control
The Production Supervisor provides direct leadership to production employees and ensures established standards, production schedules, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to develop a well-rounded background in operations, equipment, people leadership, food safety, and continuous improvement.
Compensation$58,000–$68,000 annually
Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
