Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations according to established procedures.;
Maintain a professional presence while assisting with access control, store opening and closing activities, and/or other security-related duties as assigned.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
