The Finished Goods Clerk is responsible for pulling customer sales orders from finished goods inventory in a timely manner, ensuring all finished goods are stored in the proper inventory locations in the warehouse, and monitoring and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory.

• Put finished goods into inventory per assigned locations.
• Pull domestic, international, and subsidiary sales orders from inventory.
• Perform inventory transactions on the computer system.
• Maintain FIFO system in finished goods to ensure inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
• Transport finished goods between buildings.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries.
• Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized.
• Perform other job‑related duties as requested by customers or management.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree in a related area preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in an administration function, preferably in inventory or sales‑related work.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Strong mechanical and administrative abilities.
• Ability to lead and give direction.
• Ability to handle minor equipment or situational problems.
