VSC Fire & Security seeking candidates for the position of HRIS Administrator.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent training and experience.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, specifically with UKG (Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro, or related UKG products).
- Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Proficiency in data analytics reporting tools, and HR metrics.
- Desirable (but not required)
- Experience with SQL or other query language.
- SHRM, PHR or other industry certification
- Administer and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and generate accurate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR data processing and personnel actions, assisting HR staff in the accurate and timely submission of employee information.
- Review HR paperwork for completeness and prepare for processing in accordance with company policies.
- Enter and update employee job data in HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with payroll deadlines.
- Process personnel data changes promptly and accurately, aligning with company policies and payroll schedules.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of personnel files and process requests efficiently and timely.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, proactively addressing user needs and challenges.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and features.
- Train HR staff and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding employee data.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR process and improve system workflows.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security within the HRIS platform.
- Support integration efforts between UKG and other business systems (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, etc.).
