Realty Project Coach

Position Summary:

What you'll do as a Realty Project Coach on the Realty Execution team for Walmart US is to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track.

Extensive travel across the US is required.

• Influencing Others:
  Motivate associates to meet timelines and deliverables; foster collaboration and teamwork among store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership:
  Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to key stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop Associates:
  Provide supervision and development opportunities, listen to ideas and concerns, evaluate talent, train, mentor, recognize achievements, and help associates identify career paths.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.

Primarily night shifts, 10–12 hours per shift.

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; expect to be away 80% of the time, or for 17–21 days at a time. Mileage and overnight stays will be reimbursed for RPC roles.

The annual range is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of experience in the same fields.

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Reliable transportation required.
• Commit to ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting the company’s values and ethics.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and implement solutions.

Position based out of 304 S Rockwood Dr., Cabot, AR 72023‑2881, United States. The role may require travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects.
