Sanitation Operator - 2nd shift

Position

Sanitation Operator – 2nd Shift (4:00 pm – 12:00 am) – Full‑time (40 hours/week) at Cabot, VT.

Responsible for carrying out all operations related to the master sanitation program, including setup and breakdown of CIP systems, chemical storage and labeling, and ensuring all safety policies are followed. May assist with finishing and starting production in the cheddar room if scheduling allows.

• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, and crouching.
• Exposure to ingredient dust, high humidity, and extremes of hot and cold temperatures.

Competitive salary starting at $23.68 per hour, with shift differentials: 7% for evenings, $1.00 per hour for weeknights, and $4.00 per hour for weekends. Comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k).
