McAlister’s Deli is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. You will direct team members on a shift-by-shift basis and support sales-driving campaigns under the supervision of the General Manager.
You will also help manage labor, maintain cash controls, and recruit/train staff to sustain a positive, efficient dining environment in a franchised McAlister’s location.
