MEAT MANAGER

Food 4 Less -  - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department financial goals.;
Oversee replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation.;
Direct merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and department procedures.;
Oversee fresh food preparation and production including food safety standards, preparation requirements, cool standards, and service counters.;
Monitor and manage safety programs and training, ensuring risk is minimized within the department.
