As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of our store are seamless. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations.
• Leading and motivating team members during shifts to ensure top-notch performance.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns with professionalism.
• Managing cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to keep our store well-stocked and inviting.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching team members to help them succeed.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, reliability, and leadership to the table. Here’s what we’re hoping to see in you:

• Experience: At least 1 year of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience. Supervisory or management experience is a plus!
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Personal Traits: Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
