Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance and customer service excellence. The MIT program is a transitional role to prepare you for promotion into Retail Store Management, with hands-on assignments and structured learning over 8–12 weeks.
Progression depends on performance and availability. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs demonstrate initiative and leadership while developing operational expertise and strong team development.
