Security Officer Armed Incident Response

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer - Incident Response to protect people, property, and assets for clients in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will conduct armed patrols, respond rapidly to alarms and incidents, manage access control, and monitor security systems. You will follow detailed post orders, document incidents, and collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security and visible deterrence at client sites
• Respond rapidly to alarms, disturbances, and critical incidents
• Conduct access control, , and visitor management
• Perform patrols, inspections, and incident reporting
• Monitor CCTV and security systems when required
• Liaise with client representatives and emergency responders
• Enforce site policies, post orders, and safety procedures
• Maintain firearm proficiency and follow use-of-force policies
• Complete logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and emergency drills
