As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:

• Responding to service requests promptly and efficiently
• Performing pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance daily
• Completing turnkey work in vacant apartments
• Coordinating with vendors and the Community Director for housekeeping and repairs
• Ensuring the maintenance shop is organized and stocked
• Being on-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance service
• Utilizing HVAC experience to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

• HVAC or EPA certification required and preferred, with demonstrated experience in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, basic competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
