Rich Smith Management's apartment community in Cabot, AR is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. You will respond to service requests, perform pool care, landscaping and preventive maintenance, and complete turnkey work in vacant apartments.
Coordinate with vendors and the Community Director, keep the maintenance shop organized, and be on-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance. HVAC experience will be used for troubleshooting and repairs.
