The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled Office Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain office facilities and equipment.
- Manage office supply inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and visitor reception.
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven experience with inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets, reconcile expenses, and oversee payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment (e.g., OSHA)
- Project coordination or administrative support experience in a production or operations setting
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting
- Experience managing vendor relationships specific to manufacturing supplies or services
