Hourly Wage

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$19 – $32 per hour.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns or refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods of time.
