Life Smiles Complete Health Dentistry is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused practice in Cadillac, MI. • $34 - $40 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Active State of Michigan license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Current CPR and BLS Certification.
• Proven expertise in healthcare infection prevention and control protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Strong clinical skills and experience in a general dentistry setting.

• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft or Dentrix).
• Advanced experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term patient relationships.

• Comprehensive Prophylaxis:
  Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while maintaining high standards of patient comfort.
• Patient Assessment:
  Conduct detailed screenings, including periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and reviewing medical histories.

• Diagnostic Imaging:
  Capture high-quality digital radiographs for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Infection Control:
  Adhere to rigorous healthcare infection prevention and control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
