Green Stone Farm Credit Services is seeking an Associate Financial Services Officer who is interested in building a career in agricultural lending and customer relationship management. This position can be located in Cadillac, Lakeview or Mt. Pleasant.

This is an entry-level lending position designed to develop future Agricultural Loan Officers. You will gain hands‑on experience across customer relationships, sales, credit, financial analysis, loan origination and portfolio servicing while working alongside experienced Financial Services Officers, Credit Analysts and other Green Stone employees.

We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, sound judgment, accountability, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in learning how to support agricultural customers and communities.

Grow Customer Relationships

• Support customer relationship management and business development efforts.
• Participate in customer meetings and joint sales calls with experienced lenders.
• Learn to identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Promote Green Stone's products, services, and value to customers.
• Gather and analyze financial information to support lending decisions.
• Assist with loan origination, servicing, and portfolio management activities.
• Learn credit analysis, underwriting standards, and lending policies.
