Job DescriptionThis position involves decontaminating, cleaning, assembling, and sterilizing surgical instruments, medical devices, and equipment to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. The role also includes processing and packaging medical supplies, overseeing instrument inventories, preparing case carts for surgical procedures, and ensuring sterilizers operate correctly. The position requires careful attention to detail, technical expertise, strict compliance with safety protocols, and strong collaboration skills.

- Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician is required
- Two or more years in Central Processing is required
- Strong organizational skills

Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have laboratory‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
