In this position, you will handle various responsibilities daily, such as decontaminating, cleaning, assembling, and sterilizing surgical instruments, medical devices, and equipment to avert infection and guarantee patient safety. The CPD coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the processes and procedures associated with the CPD's software system and related clinics. This individual works closely with OR team leads, assistant managers, and managers to ensure updates and the successful completion of tasks within the software system.
Additionally, the CPD coordinator serves as the primary contact for ancillary updates and any queries or assistance required regarding instrumentation. They also collaborate with leaders across the MHC system to address any questions or issues related to instrumentation. Furthermore, the coordinator is responsible for organizing and updating educational materials, as directed by the CPD manager.

- Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician is required.
- Two or more years in Central Processing is required.
