Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Cadillac MI

Munson Healthcare is looking for an experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience in Cadillac.
Must be willing to be in call rotation.Start dates: 9/1/23 - 6 month term

Schedule:

Full time with call 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month

Shift times (during the week): 0700am
-0500pm

Shift times (call during the week): 05:30pm-07:00am

Days and shift times (weekend call): 0700am - 0700am

Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25

Trauma Level/Designation: 3

Annual ER Volume: 23555

Description of OR Staff:
Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's

Number of Operating Rooms: 5

Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): all 3- BLS, ACLS, PALS

Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric):
All Ages

Will call be in house? No

Requirement description :

• AANA Board Certified - Required
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS - Required
• MI license at time of submission - Required
• Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience - Required
• Providers MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - required at time of presentation
• Clean background for quick credentialing - Required
• Looking for a full time provider - please list availability at time of name clear
• COVID vaccination - Required at time of name clear
