• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of machine components.
• Install, align, and commission new production machinery and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during all work.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (e.g., mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems).
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
• Technical degree, vocational certification, or completed apprenticeship in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
