Job Title
Inspects parts for defects and proper assembly by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Remove excess flash from parts with trimmers, scissors, or knife.
- Trim parts on table, including unplugging any port or sensor holes.
- Load moldboards with rubber, and assist pressman in preparing, checking, and trimming heats.
- Use light to check any holes for plugs or flash, if appropriate.
- Assemble part according to visual aid sample board. Inspect parts for defects or wrong assembly.
- Pack parts in correct carton.
