Braiding Operator

Performs braiding operations to mass-produce products such as thermoplastic hose by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Objectives

• Setting of braiding and bobbin winding machines to proper engineering specifications.
• Accurately completing required paperwork including scrap reporting.
• Changing double deck and horizontal reels and bobbins as needed.
• Properly winding bobbins according to engineering specifications.
• Quality testing as required.
• Maintain organization and neatness of work center.
