Operator - Extrusion

Operator - Extrusion 2nd shift – 2:54 pm to 1:00 am Monday to Thursday

Regular Full-Time Manual Labor – Cadillac, MI, US

Salary Range: $18.50 to $19.15 hourly

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional daily basis in a warm environment
• Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive button pushing for the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. on a constant daily basis, including overhead pushing and pulling; may be required to lift/push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive gripping, pushing and pulling for the majority of the shift and may be required to work over the shoulder for a portion of the shift
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures related to the area and accurately perform the tasks trained for
• Ability to work overtime as needed/required, including weekend schedules (Sundays)
• Mechanical ability preferred

• Application must be fully completed
• Must be able to pass a Fit for Duty and Drug Screen prior to placement
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Provide at least 2 working references with dates, names and phone numbers
• Available to work up to 5 days a week, including overtime and Saturdays
• Understand the company has a Zero Tolerance Policy for drugs
• Must not have been convicted of any violent felonious act
• Pass an interview with the hiring team and the shift supervisor

Candidates must have the ability to work on 2nd or 3rd shift and occasional Saturdays; the company may also require occasional weekly overtime (early or late shift).

2nd shift 2:54 pm to 1:00 am – 4‑10 hour days with overtime as needed. Training required on 1st shift before moving to assigned shift.
