Salary Range: $18.50 To $19.15 Hourly

We are seeking Regular Full-Time - 3rd shift Mixing Operator and 1st shift Mixing Operator.

Qualifications and
Experience:
Literacy skills and numeracy proficiency in local language.
- Communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills, good understanding of field‑related tasks, great dexterity, rigor, adaptation abilities, sense of awareness about safety rules, teamwork skills.
The operator undertakes the manufacturing and/or packaging of parts in accordance with production quality and output requirements, while respecting the current operating instructions and the management’s instructions.
Delivery Process- Responsible for the quality of parts by drawing upon self‑inspection in particular, in accordance with the associated operating instructions;
- Maintain the appropriate production pace in order to ensure on‑time delivery of required parts;
- Must report any defect or non‑conformity detected in raw materials, parts and production tool, in accordance with current procedures or operating instructions;
- May be required to undertake certain tasks that are relevant to production (for instance, sorting operations, line supply, inventory…) according to the management’s instructions;
- Ensure personal and colleagues’ safety;
- Maintain workstation clean and tidy;
- May have to contribute in the induction of a new member at her/his workstation;
- Abide by the Group’s procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
Has a duty to preserve secrecy and confidentiality with respect to all the systems and data to which he can be granted access, within the normal framework of his function.

Job Schedule:
Mon–Thursday 5:30 am to 3:00 pm (first shift, 4–10 hour days) and 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday 9 pm to 7:00 am.
