• 4-Day Work Week
• Monday – Thursday Schedule
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3-Day Weekends Every Week
• Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience

• Operate manufacturing equipment including benders, punch presses, and other production machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Produce high-quality parts while meeting production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of hands and arms.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety requirements.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Employment may be contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screening consistent with applicable law and company policy.
