Independent Bible Church is a Christ centered, Bible teaching congregation with an average attendance of 55. We are committed to spiritual formation, community outreach, and living out the gospel in our city. The Lead Pastor provides spiritual leadership, clear biblical teaching, and shepherding care for the congregation. This role includes preaching, vision development, leadership of ministry teams, and guiding the church toward its mission with humility and wisdom.

• Preach and teach Scripture with clarity and conviction
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual guidance
• Lead and develop ministry leaders
• Collaborate with board on vision, strategy, and church health
• Support outreach, discipleship, and community engagement

• Meets biblical qualifications for elder (1 Tim 3, Titus
  1)
• Demonstrated calling to pastoral ministry
• Strong preaching and communication skills
• Relational, humble, and team oriented leadership style
• Seminary or Bible College degree preferred; ministry experience required
• Alignment with our doctrinal statement and ministry philosophy

Salary range of $40k to 50k, housing allowance, professional allowance, paid vacations, and retirement contribution.
