Our Practical Nurses are part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $29.00 – $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• PLUS $5.00 per hour shift premium for 7 PM – 7 AM shifts

• Full‑time or part‑time available – all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healing environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• A current Michigan LPN license and current CPR certification.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
