Earn up to $37.40 per hour.

• Starting wages: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour based on years of certification.

• Shift premium for 7 PM – 7 AM shifts: $5.00 per hour.

• Full‑time or part‑time, all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.
• 12‑hour shifts.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors, and foster a positive healing environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments: wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care targeting physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team: give direction and assignments, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Current Michigan LPN license and CPR certification.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree.
• High level of analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing the job.
• Certifications required: CPR‑BLS.
• Licensure required: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
