Join our EPIC Team at Wexford Senior Care Center! Our Registered Nurses are part of the skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care utilizing the latest technology and work as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on years of certification.
• Hero pay $3.40 per hour.
• Shift premium $5.00 per hour for 7PM - 7AM shifts.
• Sign‑on bonus $15,000 paid monthly ($1,250 per month for 12 months).

• Full time or part time.
• Nights available – 12 hour shifts.
• All shifts include rotating weekends & holidays.

• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients’ physical and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team: give direction, assignments, training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors; foster a positive, healthy environment for healing.

• Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• High level analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care.
• Excellent customer service skills with commitment to excellent, passionate, innovative care.
