The Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team providing specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on certification
• Hero pay $3.40 per hour
• Shift premium $5.00 per hour for 7 PM – 7 AM shifts
• Sign‑on bonus $15,000 paid out monthly ($1,250 each month for 12 months)
• Yearly wage increases

• Full‑time or part‑time positions with rotating weekends and holidays
• Nights available – 12-hour shifts

• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families regarding medication changes and treatment plans
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction, assignments, training, recognition and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families and visitors, creating a positive healing environment

• Current Michigan RN license and CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in nursing
• Strong analytical abilities for personalized care plans, effective nursing care, rehabilitation and problem‑solving
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done
