LPN Nurse - $15,000 Sign On Bonus - NIGHTS (Cadillac, MI)

Join our EPIC team at Wexford Senior Care Center! Our Practical Nurses are part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn: up to $37.40 per hour!

• Starting wages $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• $3.40 per hour hero pay
• $5.00 per hour shift premium for 7PM – 7AM shifts
• $15,000 sign on bonus, paid out monthly
• Yearly wage increases

Bonuses:

• $1,250 bonus payout monthly for 12 months
• Unlimited referral bonuses up to $1,500 per referral to same or any of our 27 facilities

Schedule:

• Full‑time or part‑time available – all shifts include rotating weekends & holidays
• 12‑hour shifts
• Nights

How you will help people every day:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment
• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families about changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

Requirements:

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
