LPN Nurse - $15,000 Sign On Bonus - NIGHTS (Cadillac, MI)
Join our EPIC team at Wexford Senior Care Center! Our Practical Nurses are a part of our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

- Starting Wages $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
- Hero pay $3.40 per hour
- Shift Premium $5.00 per hour for 7 PM – 7 AM shifts
- Sign on bonus $15,000

- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
- Certifications required: CPR‑BLS Certification.
