LTC Director of Nursing

The role is a 13-week director of nursing assignment in a long-term care facility, responsible for leading clinical operations, infection control, and antibiotic stewardship. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

• Lead clinical operations in the long-term care facility

• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement infection control and antibiotic stewardship protocols

• Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing and healthcare regulations

• Document and monitor quality assurance initiatives and patient care outcomes

• Execute staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal patient care

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

• MI RN License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Minimum 1 year of infection control or antibiotic stewardship experience

• Experience in long-term care or related healthcare settings

• Prior leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment

• Ability to work Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and handle urgent or fast-paced situations

• Infection Control/Antibiotic Stewardship certification (preferred but not mandatory)
