Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Quality Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and development.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues effectively.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB) highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
