We are seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd Assistant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the management team in daily operations, assist in supervising staff, and help ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations.

• Assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Support and supervise team members to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Assist in training and coaching staff to improve skills and productivity.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational targets.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.

• Previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

This is a part-time position based at our Cadillac, MI location. The role requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
