Business Development Consultant
Holman Cadillac is seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Business Development Consultant to join our team. In this in‑store role you will bridge the gap between the virtual BDC and the store, increasing sales through lead management and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Maximize Internet Lead and Portfolio Management TO performance.
- Facilitate effective TO distribution to Sales Advisors.
- Follow‑up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed.
- Review internal notes to ensure each TO is handled personally and promptly.
- Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow‑up and reporting process.
- Be fully prepared for daily appointments.
- Confirm appointments prior to arrival time.
- Reschedule “No Show” appointments when necessary.
- Understand importance and benefits to the retail business.
- Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect.
- High school diploma.
- Proficient in desktop tools including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills.
- 2‑4 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry (a plus).
- Experience using CRM tools;
Automotive CRM knowledge is a plus. - Familiarity with dealership operations (a plus).
- Familiarity with BDC functions (a plus).
- Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiencies.
Hourly rate of $26.44 plus monthly performance bonus. OTE $73,000!
