Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Knowledge of working within a beverage-led environment
Ability to converse, written and verbally, in English

Responsibilities

Work on a variety of occasions from family celebrations to celebrity events
Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to our highly-valued guests
Provide first-class information on our drinks
Demonstrate calmness under pressure during peak times
Ensure that our guests want to come back for more
