Are you apassionate hospitality professional who loves creating exceptional first impressions and leading a team to success? We are looking for an engaging and motivated Front of House Supervisor to help lead our Front Office operation at our prestigious 5-star resort. You'll be at the heart of the guest journey, supporting our Reception and Concierge teams to deliver seamless,memorable experiences from arrival through to departure.
As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives awarm Welsh welcome while supporting the day-to-day operation of one of theregion's leading luxury hospitality destinations. - Previous experience within a hotel Front Office,Reception, Concierge or Rooms Division environment
- The ability to lead from the front, inspiring and motivating colleagues to deliver exceptional service
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building guest loyalty
- Confidence in managing daily operational challengeswith a calm, positive and solution-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting or supervising teams,ensuring high standards are consistently maintained
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
- Lead and support the Reception and Concierge teamsthroughout your shift
- Ensure every guest receives a smooth, professional and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out
- Act as a point of contact for guests, handlingenquiries and resolving issues with confidence and care
- Support the training, coaching and development ofteam members
- Monitor departmental standards and drive service excellence across all Front Office touchpoints
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensurea seamless guest experience
- Help create a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
