As a Casual Bar Associate, you'll play a key role incriating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering excellent service with professionalism, personality and a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servinga range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Preparing bars and service areas before events
• Operating draught dispense systems and bar equipment
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests attending Christmas parties,conferences and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within barareas
• Monitoring stock levels and helping to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughout service
• Following Challenge 25 and all licensing regulations
• Handling guest enquiries confidently and professionally
• Supporting colleagues to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
• Assisting with food and beverage service when required
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience
• Experience using draught dispense systems
• Knowledge of legal measures and responsible alcohol service
• An understanding of Challenge 25 procedures
• Basicfood hygiene knowledge
• Full training will be provided.
