Events Bar Team Leader

No two days are ever the same. One day you could be leading bar service for an international conference, the next supporting a gala dinner, awards ceremony or major sporting event. This is a role for someone who enjoys busy shifts, leading teams and being at the heart of exciting events that create lasting memories for our guests. You'll be joining a passionate team in a venue renowned for delivering some of Wales' biggest and most prestigious events.,

• Support the Manager and Supervisors in leading the Events Bar team
• Lead by example and inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Help coordinate and deliver efficient service across multiple event bars
• Motivate and coach team members during busy service periods
• Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly and professional service at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and positively to requests
• Ensure bar and service areas are fully stocked, organised and presentation-ready
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service throughout each event
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Conference & Events to ensure the smooth delivery of every occasion
