Ground Floor Team Member – Caernarfon Premier Inn

We're currently recruiting in our Caernarfon Premier Inn. Working 16 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero‑hours contracts.
Hours: 16 guaranteed hours per week.
Location: Caernarfon Premier Inn, Doc Fictoria, Balaclava Road, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1TH

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same. Depending on where you’re needed, you might:

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll be joining a team that supports each other from day one. We’ll give you the training to feel confident in every part of the role, whether you’re checking in guests, serving breakfast or helping someone who’s had a long day and just wants to get settled.
