Premier Inn Caernarfon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll manage rotas, place orders, lead the team through busy services and ensure audit readiness while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
In this hands-on leadership role you’ll partner with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene, with a view to developing skills toward more senior roles within Whitbread’s UK hospitality network.
