Sprinkler Supervisor – Fire Protection

Gwynedd, Northern Wales

The role of the Supervisor – Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve overseeing the installation, service and maintenance of high‑quality fire rated sprinkler systems for domestic and residential projects, supervising and managing a team across North & Mid Wales, monitoring performance to ensure productivity targets are met, providing hands‑on support and guidance on‑site, ensuring work is completed to company standards and regulatory requirements, carrying out equipment and stock audits, and ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and legislation.

• Oversee installation, servicing and maintenance of fire rated sprinkler systems for domestic and residential projects.
• Supervise and manage a team of sprinkler technicians across North & Mid Wales.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Provide hands‑on support and guidance to the internal team on‑site where required.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with company standards, customer requirements, and IFC accreditation.
• Carry out van, equipment, and stock audits for field installers.
• Ensure all activities comply with contractual specifications and relevant regulations.

• Experience in pipework, mechanical systems, sprinkler systems, fire protection or CCTV.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams.
• Strong understanding of regulations and up‑to‑date accreditations.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.
• High levels of organisation.
• Confident individual able to deal with any problems that occur on site.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
