Love working with little learners? We’re looking for an EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant school community—starting immediately in Horley.

We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children aged 3–5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support learning within the EYFS framework

* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

* Provide 1:1 and group support, including for children with additional needs in Horley

* Foster social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements:

* Experience in EYFS as an EYFS Learning Support Assistant, TA, or Early Years Educator

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3) preferred

* Available full-time, Monday to Friday in Horley

* Committed to safeguarding and child welfare
