Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our private club's clubhouse hospitality services in Cardiff. You will manage the bar and restaurant, deliver outstanding member experiences, and drive financial and service excellence.
Responsibilities include SOP development, stock management, health and safety compliance, staff leadership, and coordinating private events with the chef team. Evening and weekend work is required.
