The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Swallow Falls Inn, beside Swallow Falls on the Afon Llugwy, Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia. You will support the General Manager, lead the team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a busy, hospitality-focused environment.
You will work hands-on, liaise with Chefs, Management and Suppliers, supervise stocktakes and ordering, and manage accounts and guest responses.
