Mears Group PLC is offering an Apprenticeship as a Multi Skilled Operative in Caerphilly. The programme combines on-site work with a Level 2 Maintenance Occupations apprenticeship, starting 03/08/2026 and running for about 24 months.
You will learn joinery, plumbing, tiling, decorating, bricklaying and plastering while working on both domestic and commercial sites, with college time included.
