Bee Kind Clients:
Bee Kind clients host a variety of personality, independence and behaviors. As a staple to improve the mental health of working environments within ABA, Bee Kind client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to Bee Kind Staff. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills and more.

Pay:
We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour + extensive employee benefits with part-time/full time opportunities +annual raises. Employee perks and benefit programs increase every year. Pay is based on educational background and experience. All Bee Kind staff can increase pay opportunities through professional development, performance and paid remote training.

9:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, In-Home, Cairo, GA. All Bee Kind cases are M-F. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Bee Kind sessions last up to 3-4 hours per case. Plus, say goodbye to weekend work!

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!
