Licensed Practical Nurse - Archbold Living Grady Sign On Bonus Eligibility

Eligible for sign on bonus.

$28.71 per hour.

• Evaluate data collection and carry out plan of care and established goals.
• Maintain patient flow by recognizing different levels of acuity and prioritizing care.
• Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders.
• Reassess patients as their condition changes and notify the RN or physician of changes.
• Develop and carry out discharge plans.
• Document all care in the patient’s medical record in a clear, concise, complete, and legible manner.
• Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, State, Federal and JCAHO standards.

Current GA LPN License required.

Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred.
